View Full Version : 6 Series Coupe Fully EXPOSED! First time F12 Coupe seen without the Camouflage

The much anticipated all new 6 series coupe has been spotted without the swirly camouflage paint used by BMW to disguise soon to be released models. The coupe has a traditional BMW shape and looks good. I can't wait for the official press release with a front on and front 45 degree view. For the mean time these give us a good idea what to expect. What do you think of the flagship coupe design from BMW?

The back-end looks funky. Can't wait to see it in person!

When I opened the home page my first thought was "why is there an Aston Martin on the Bimmerfest news reel?

I hate to say it but the new 6er coupe looks almost like my 1997 Lexus coupe, which I am just replacing with a 335is coupe.
Just goes to show you Jane....
BTW, it looks heavy.

I think I like the older style better...sorry.

For the first time ever, IMHO, the softtop's roof line looks a lot better than the coupe. I hope the new 6 will have the M Sport option with the front end and side skirts like the M Sport on the F10.

New body style has made this long time sixer lover finally no longer a sixer lover.
Time to find a new car to obsess about I guess.
PS ... are those 12 inch wheels in the original post?

Aston Martin? I think it looks more like an Accord. I agree, now the vert looks better than the Coupe. Didn't like the vert in pics either but sat in one at BMW and saw one on the road last week and it looks pretty good! If I had any idea of what I was doing I would build an aggressive tail for that puppy and sell it as an aftermarket piece and it would sell like hot cakes. Only thing IMO that is lacking on the new version. Never thought I would miss the bangle but but this one looks pretty generic.
