Hi Guys,
Just to warn you guys, there is this company based in Germany which is a scam.
Last year during June, I bought a E63 Body kit online from them which cost me US$2917. However, they failed to ship in the goods to me after they received my payment through paypal. Up till now, I still have not received my stuff. They are now ignoring all my emails. I have also seeked help from PayPal. However, they are useless in helping me get back my money. They also dont seem interested to investigate this fraud case.

His details are as followed,
Name : Dominik Pelka or Patrick Ostrowicki
Company Name : Germany Car Tuning
Website : http://www.germanycartuning.de
Address :
Clara-Schumann-Str. 8
Bergtheim
97241
Telefonisch erreichbar von 14 - 20 Uhr
Email: info@germanycartuning.de

Just beware of this company.

They're in Germany and you're in Singapore? If so then I don't think you'll be getting your money back anytime soon. Best of luck though.

Not getting my money back is one thing, but he's out there still cheating people money with different company name under the same name Dominik Pelka since 2006. Recently I saw this post:

As long as it has not been over 45 days, just open a case with paypal. If the seller does not have a tracking number to show that it was shipped or delivered, they will automatically refund your money.

Good luck :)

The Bastard, Patrick Ostrowicki & Dominik Pelka told me it takes 2 months to produce & ship. So the 45 days didn't apply to me at that time. After 2 months they start to ignore my email till now. And PayPal not willing to help or investigate. So these bastards will still cheat... just beware of these two names when make payment to.

Sorry to say this, but this is somewhat your fault. If using paypal to pay for anything, make sure you open a case at the 45 day mark if you haven't received your item at that time. This way, if the item does ship, you can just cancel the claim when tracking is provided and you will still be protected down the road. Paypal will not help after 45 days no matter what... I learned my lesson the hard way too about 5yrs ago on a pre-order for an Xbox 360. There were about 5 others users that went down with me at that time, but you live and you learn.

Thanks for the heads-up regarding the seller.
