A brief discussion about Arkansas e39s exists over in that thread (gen 4 e39). There is a little spark of interested in getting Arkansawyers together to (again) try to organize, even if it is infrequent.

BMW CCA doesn't even list Arkansas as having a viable club. We're attached to either a Memphis or Tulsa club.

Are there enough BMW owners to get together, once in a while, to greet one another? Is there anything sufficiently interesting to motivate us to meet?

Are BMW owners primarily interested in driving events like autocross, rallies, or driving skill competitions?

Or is there an interest in taking a pretty drive in some of the more beautiful parts of our state, having a meal, ogling one another's cars, and going back home that afternoon/evening?

Or, perhaps, an overnight stay, somewhere, so we can enjoy libations and not worry about the drive home until the next day?

I dunno the answers to these questions. But I do wonder if there is any chance that we could be more formally organized than with a forum link on the Memphis club web page entitled "Arkansas members".

I wish I could, but I'm currently active duty military, and not at home.

Northwest Louisiana, I will drive as far as Little Rock to help you get numbers. No BMW clubs here in my area.
