Hi all,
This is a E46/E39 M Sport steering wheel that's had been re-trimmed in Black Alcantara. This version has the black stitching as per pictures. It's not got the upper or lower covers, it's just the steering wheel itself, it's how the wheel came to me.
I do have the Multi function buttons top panel and I have a Sport lower panel which a previous owner tried to re-paint with less than perfect results. I can include the top multifunction buttons for an extra £25 (currently approx $40) and the lower panel that has been resprayed at some point in a satin black for around £20 (currently approx $32)

The Alcantara is black in colour, and completely brand new! it's very soft and supple, it's never been used since the re-trim.
Price is £250 (currently approx $320) to purchase the wheel outright. Thanks for looking.
