At this point I'm planning to come down Friday night with the southbound caravan, so I'd be up for something on Friday after I get checked in to wherever I'm staying.

Maybe one of the sponsors wants to host a BBQ or something.

one of the locals here works at a catering service. he is a great cook! so... we're hoping that you guys can pitch in alittle $, so we all can have a great BBQ. we mite do this by RSVP though, this way we can get $ first to buy all the meat and stuff.

Whats up guys, BBQ Update

Like Jerry Has been saying we are planning a BBQ the night before bimmerfest. It will be in my backyard, we should have plenty of room. It will be by rsvp, we are working on a flyer. If everyone could paypal me $5 it would help cut cost and we can have a great party. We will be handing out flyers locally here in SB to attract local females and others. You will have to present the flyer to come in, no randoms. As far as food and drinks, typical BBQ food. YOu guys let me know if you want liquer or if we should go that route. I fiqure people can show up around 5 530 and we'll eat around 7. Then probablly around 930ish we'll go to in n out and hang for a little bit. Then we'll go for a cruise, nothing to serious.

Let me know what you guys think on the ideas, we will tie up any lose ends by march, that way we'll know what to expect as to who's coming and when.

We are trying to finalize the detalis this week. I will send emails out, but please check back her for all the info.

I am talking to a few people about having some type of sales or deals for the ones that are attending the bbq.

There were be a sale on HID kits, brands and specs to be posted later. Also import x dream should be filming as well the bimmerfest filming crew. I also am talking with mperformance about doing a sale for the bbq.

Why don't we just do a meet at a place like In and Out last year and then maybe a short drive or cruise out to the pier like we did last year. If this is the plan, it needs to be planned out in advance though.

looking at either Chilli's or Chevy's. and yes, there is a costco nearby. the parking lot will have the capacity to hold everyone, and the restaurants are big enough for us to have our own section.

i'm calling both places tomorrow to see what they can do.

PLAN: have dinner at 7:30, then meet up at in&out at 9:30.
