Snapped these yesterday after the first polish with Minzerna. Following that, I used Zaino's ZPC, then Zaino's AIO. Today, I have applied one coat of Z2 and headed for a second. I will finish it next week with a 3rd coat and some ZCS.

Even though I talk about *product* below, I don't really care about it. I have used Zaino for over 6 years on four of my own cars and countless friends'. I like it for a lot of reasons that I will keep my own. I have a significant enough quantity that I don't see myself rushing to the newest product. Besides, hawking a product is bush league in my opinion. The right results come from the right process and the right talent paired up with the right eye. This is more about that process than the product. This is my golf. It is my Zen.

Let's see.. those pic were Minzerna polish only. I didn't take any pics of the stepped Zaino ZPC-> Zaino AIO->Zaino Z2 layers. (Z6 between each) And then I let it rest for a night before I went with two more Z2 layers (Z6 after both) and the *first* Zaino Clear Seal (ZCS) application (Z6 to level that as well). But then today, I got some advice on my running board install that led me to complete them. I was sooo happy, that I applied ANOTHER ZCS layer- REALLY brought out a shine- let it dry, Z6'ed and then finished it with Z8.

Pics below are the first polish I have ever done to this car. I look forward to progressively bringing it out 1/2 year after 1/2 year... If it's anything like my *other* 7 year old X5, it'll shine like new when *it* reaches 100k!

The fruits of nearly 20 hours of labored love:
