I was searching for information on doing the NAV upgrade from MKII to MKIV and it looks like it's definitely doable, but I'm guessing you had some issues with it? Care to elaborate on what those were? Also, did you have part numbers and stuff? I know I need the 16:9 screen, the frame, and the computer itself. Also, did you happen to have pictures of it? Would love to see.
Thanks

ThanksMy issuee were mainly from my own inexperience. I had no idea where the NAV antenna booster for the MKII was, and it took a day or so to find it. When I did track it down and reassemble everything, the GPS picked up and all was well.
The hardest part was waiting for all the parts. The interior trim parts came in easy, but the NAV computer and radio were about five weeks of waiting at the time. After I first did the upgrade, it felt weird- like it didn't belong. NOW, I love it and it feels like it's always been there.
Lessee if I have pics:

Hey, thanks for the reply. You wouldn't have part numbers for the NAV puter itself would you? What I've gotten so far is rather conflicting.
