How are BMW car cleaning products?

I am interested in trying out BMW's car wash shampoo and "BMW High Performance Hard Wax with Nano Technology" (what a name...) For those who have tried them before, how would you rate those products in terms of effectiveness?

Edit: Also how is BMW's vinyl/plastic care product compared to 303 products? Does it make the plastic/rubber surfaces glossy?

I think all the BMW products are first class. Car wash is excellent.

I think BMWs car detailing line is made by Sonax - an excellent company. I have used the Wheel cleaner and leather conditioner and love both. You cannot beat the 10% discount through the BMWCCA and the local availability.
