Newbie- can someone outline the weekend

events? This is me and my friends first time. Could we get an idea what time we should be there Saturday morning? What are the events for the day? Whenand where is this famous road trip? What goes on Sunday during the morning and the afternoon? Is there anything I must bring like the FRS radios?

Sorry for all the questions. I just want to make the right plans.
