Gary - SZ50 discontinued

Is Firestone discontinuing the SZ50? I've been told by a local Firestone dealer that they can't get them, and they are being discontinued. And I noticed that your Delaware warehouse is the only one that you have any in, 225/50-16s anyway.

I hate it when I make a decision, and it gets messed up like this.

According to Bridgestone, this size is "backorder" not "discontinued". That is the extent of what I know at this point. Unfortunately, many dealers over use the word discontinued to scare consumers into other choices that they have in stock and ready to sell. I show that we have these in stock in 225/50R16 in our Delaware warehouse at this time, ready to ship.

Thanks Gary. I have bought tires from y'all several times, but always give my local shop the chance to get the business. They are going to mount them anyway. They called the local district warehouse, and the warehouse folks told them they were discontinued. Probably there pat line for something they are out of.

Looks like y'all will get my business again.
