E39 fit M3 Reps/tires

These wheels are in good shape, but one is slightly bent you cant see a bend on it but when balanced you can see that it is out of round.
Tires have tons of life left

Did you have to install spacers to fit these wheels on your car?
If so, which ones and will these fit in my 98 E39?

No spacers needed they are made for all E39s, I do have ECS spacer 17mm and 12mm with bolts but you dont need them and they are not on in the pics
