When people got their aftermarket wheels, did you get new runflats or go back to regular tires?

seems kind of pointless having a run-flat tire on a 19" rim... run flat or not a pothole is going to eat your wheel alive. I dont know what kind of damage a run-flat can withstand - 8" deep pothole going 50+ mph? but im sure it being so low profile the whole "run flat concept" kind of goes out the window.

I don't "hate" my current run-flats on my car - yes they ride rough- but have had no problems - only have driven the car ~8,000 miles. I wouldn't have bough run-flats, but since my car came with them...

i know BMW "designed" these cars to run on run flats - but really?

i would be going to a quality summer tire if i do not choose new run flats.

running non-run flats this does not void any warranties or anything does it?

my 6 series had stock run-flats on my stock wheels. they measured up to the pot holes fine

what size are the stock 6 series wheels.. 19s?

if you hit any of the SAME potholes with regular tires on them - think they would've blown out?

is there any credibility that run flats actually protect aftermarket wheels???
