Why not put ALL the information about them here? offsets ? manufacturer? pictures of the stamps in the back of the wheels, tyre brands? remaining tread? condition? any curb rash? .... how about an indication of price? to me, I wouldn't pay more than $150 based on the minimal information and blurry inadequate pictures you've provided!!
