I don't know nothing but hope it is bigger and has an optional 3rd seat.

2004 brought subtle design changes. There won't be a completely new design for a few years.

That blows, I know the second I buy the current model X5, the new one will be out shortly.

I don't!

I used to think BMW and other brands expanding into car segments they weren't traditionally selling in was idiotic. However, I've changed. If you like BMW, when it comes to buying your next car, they are the first ones you are going to look at. If they don't have a car that fits your need, you move on to someone else.

You move on to someone else, decide that this XX ain't so bad. I wander how their other cars are....next thing you know the car company has lost their customer.

So let's pretend you have three kids. Which BMW will you buy? What if you need three baby seats? Where do you go? Ford? Lexus? Cadilac?

If the X5 doesn't get bigger, come out with something else bigger.

I have spoken to a local dealer, he said X5 MY2007 should have significant changes/redesign. No other info though, sorry.

Anyone got info on Confidential Price for 2004 X5?

With Mercedes releasing it's new M, R, and G classes in late 2005 early 2006. I'm anxious to see what BMW does with the X5. Not to mention Audi's new A7, Lincoln's new Aviator and Land Rovers new Discovery and Range Rover Sport. I hope it doesn't take BMW till 2007 to release the new X5, it would be too long.
