I have a couple of days to play with my new toy in Europe, and can drop off anywhere I please (so long as it's 2 days' drive from Munich). Any hints/guesses about what place would be most "efficient", in the sense of minimizing the delay in re-delivery to the US? Would Bremerhaven be best, or maybe actually dropping it back at the factory in Munich? Holland/Belgium?
Thanks for your advice.

PRobably Bremerhaven or Antwerp, since there's minimal shipping to the port. Teh other key is somewhere where there are a fair number of dropoffs, so the truck will pick up frequently. After that, it's luck of the draw on getting on the boat. Also, any tactic probably won't cut more than several days off the time (not counting Italy dropoffs), since they're still pretty quick about getting the cars from drop point to the port, where the delay to get on the ship is the same for everyone.

The Paris drop-off location will call a truck immediately for the car to be taken to the Belgium port. At least that's what they did for me. It was on a ship over to New York 2 days after I dropped it off in Paris.
