I think GM wheels have a different bolt pattern, thus requiring modification to the wheels (i.e. drilling out).

There's some guy on here running snowflakes from I think a Trans Am, but definitely a GM of some sort, so I think the bolt pattern is the same. His were 16s though, so I can't vouch for the 18s. What is the offset on them?.

His were 15s IIRC, and from the 80s. Bolt pattern may have changed I don't know either way.

Bolt pattern from GM stuff back in the 80s-90s was 4.75, which is a gnat's eyelash from 120mm. They'll fit if they're 4.75 GM wheels, and BMW wheels fit on those year-model GMs. The last two sets of BMW wheels I sold went on GM vehicles: an S10 and a GTO.

+1

can make any spacer custom, quality usa parts.

more hassle than its worth tough, I had a 255 on a e46 m3 wheel and it rubbed horribly, you would have to have flared fenders to fit over a 255(which requires a fender roll)

you might be able to get away with stretch tires though.

the offset killed you im running 255 in the rear with a 17.5mm spacer and i dont rub..

if i took the spacer off im pretty sure i could get a 275 on there no issues

I don't think there is any way a 265 tire will fit without serious work.

Right offset and tire it will fit no problem

vey high offset and very low profile will do the trick
