M coupe sunroof glass availability...

Gang,

Just saw this over on... another board. As an owner of an M coupe with a sunroof, I find it distressing to hear that the glass panel is not a normal inventory item.

If anyone has more information, I'm sure the original writer would be grateful.

I bought the only glass panel, P/N 54 10 8 410 690, available in the US from BMW of Murray on February 28th. World-wide inventory status shows over 300 panels in stock in Germany.
