1986 BMW 635csi for sale E24 $4800 OBO

I hate to see this wonderful car go, but I only drive 1 day per week and have another car, and I'm probably moving out of the country so I need to sell.

220,000 miles, runs very well, smooth and powerful. Mechanically perfect.
Last smog check (summer 2011) was very good.
All leather interior/seats. Full electric windows, sun-roof, and seats (with seat memory settings). On-board computer. Original radio-tapedeck and original toolset. 15inch BBS wheels.

Recent work (last 10-20k miles):
Realigned, Changed Oil and all other fluids, Shift joint retightened.
New: Tires, Paint, Drivetrain, Suspension, Brakes; front and back brake rotors and pads, brake booster and master cylinder, Starter, Fuel pump, Spark plugs, Oil filter, Fuel filter, Air filter, Battery.

Bummer. I don't normally venture out to CA and my fiancée would wreck me if I told her I was going out there just to check out a car, considering I just bought an F12. She may have been a bit more compassionate if you were close by. She knows my love for the 6 Series. I was never financially able to have the honor of owning an E24 when I was younger, but man, yours is truly a gorgeous machine.

If you were on the east coast and it is rust free, with a 5 speed manual it would sell in a heartbeat or maybe a NY minute. I had to go to Oregon to find mine.
