View Full Version : Bimmerfest V!
I'm pretty pooped from a ~3hr drive back to OC from SB, but I have to at least give a huge congrats to Jon Shafer, tim330i, pixA4, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone else for a successful BIMMERFEST V. :bigpimp:
Despite what must have been some not-unformidable challenges with a somewhat last-minute loss of a host and location and the continued insistence that the event be FREE to all attendees, everyone pulled together to do an awesome job!
As always, it was great to see some familiar faces as well as put more new faces to familiar names.
And wishes can come true at Bimmerfest as well...

This event was definitly worth the year long wait. Thanks for everything to the bimmerfest crew! Now we all have to wait another year! This might have been the biggest gathering of e21's in a really long time, was very happy to walk away with the prize of "Classic BMW", thanks again to all

I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Bimmerfest. Gotta admit though, my neck is a little burned...it was damn hot! It was great to meet enthusiasts that share a common interest...Looking forward to next year! We should have one in Vegas...HEHEHE...

Sorry I couldn't make it. :(
I just really need to clean my car. Since I was in NY almost as soon as I got back from Button Willow, the car had been sitting for a week with tar, dead bugs and brake dusts. I spent six hours cleaning off the sticker job residue, dead bugs, washing the car, getting all that tar from Button Willow off my car, waxing my car, and vaccuming my car. :tsk:
The sad thing is, in two weeks, the car will be at the Vegas track getting all dirty again.

Amazing how Keith got the tires. But another big wish was granted at B'fest because you know who really needed PowerChip :D
I'd say it was a pretty good sized event:
