Ok, so I had this odd litle clunk that I had posted about a little while ago.
I got it fixed and here's what the dealership had to say, I am postiing this in case someone else runs into a similar problem and also to see if this is common.
"When the car is at a stand still and the clutch is let out you can hear a clunking noise from the right side. Heard a creak and crack in the right rear on the test drive found bad/noise coming from upper rear control arm (ball joints) replaced as needed"

1 33-32-1-140-345 Ball joint
Kudos to the guys at Foreign Motors West for finding and fixing the problem, no fuss no muss no "not reproducible".
