There are a bunch of different types (and years) of M cars to lump them all together!!

Well, there are E30's, E36's and M coupes. Two doors and four doors. M3's and M5's with 4 cyl, 6 cyl and 8 cyl. It would seem to me that my E46 M3 is vastly outnumbered.:(

If 80% of it is E46 M3, then that may just be 80% that M Coupe and E36 M3 owners aren't interested. Too much "E46 noise" perhaps. E46 M3 might be outnumbered by other models, but judging by other M3-devoted forums sites, E46 has the most talkative owners from an online perspective.
Just a guess. There were never many E46 posts here anyway, really.
Maybe it won't be so bad. There was a reason I only bookmarked the M3 forum, though.

-Daver Hmph, I thought for sure the talkative ones were the people who had "the only true M3"(E36).:D

yep, one of the very few things about this board that I can classify as "it sux" :thumbdwn:
having to climb through all the E46 banter means I just don't go there anymore :(

Illogical. E46M3's have only been in production since 2001 and are only two models.
We are vastly outnumbered.:stickpoke

ell the E30 M3 posts are few and far between, it's not worth combing pages of whatever later model to find them :thumbdwn:
