This is truly a five-star hotel and the room rates are quite reasonable (because Bremen is a much less expensive market than Munich or Frankfurt).

Yet as I drove from Arnhem to the Park Hotel Bremen, the one thing I kept thinking of was the chocolates that the hotel makes. I wasn***8217;t disappointed. Set in the idyllic 200-hectare Bürgerpark, it***8217;s hard to believe that the hotel is just a few minutes away from the city center and main train station.

My suite had a separate bedroom and elegantly-appointed living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic view of the Bürgerpark. The hotel has 155 rooms and 18 suites (7 junior, 11 standard), all of which enjoy nice appointments and provide superb views.
