I'm hoping someone on this forum knows how to track my new cars build statis. I've got a new 645 on order and have the production #. When I go to the BMW Owners circle and plug in the number it just says the model and style of the car. I thought there was a way to see where the car was at and when its built and ready to be shipped. If any one knows how to track it I'd really appreciate this info. :dunno:

I assume you've already clicked on "add a vehicle".

Click on "manage my bmw", and select the car you added. On the next screen, click on "order tracking" to get the status.

I had the same problem with Owner's Circle until today when I finally got my VIN#.. the dealer had given me the wrong Pro#. After that was settled and my account was set up everything was groovy, it's built and on it's way to Munich for me! So be sure your production # is correct and try and get the VIN ASAP.

The Owner's Circle site is always 3--4 days behind. Try calling 1-800-831-1117, waiting for the list of automated options, then say "Vehicle Production Status" and give your production number. That 800 number seemed to be only 1--2 days behind the actual status, i.e., more up-to-date than the Owner's Circle website.

Thanks for the phone #. It says the car has a production date of June 1 so I should see it sometime in July
