Any back road in North Stamford should do ya. ;)

For some close drives you can take a rip up High Ridge into Pound Ridge. Then you can head over towards Bedford. There is lots of fun road up that way.
Look at a map up in the Bear Mountain/Harriman Park area. Route 9 along the Hudson is a nice ride. You can go 15 to 287 to the Sprain or, if you are more adventurous you can find backroads from Stamford all the way.
