Hello!
Well, I think it's time to post all the programming that you have came across when retrofitting CIC on an F-Series. I have posted a Hardware DIY on this link (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=624682)
At the moment I have not heard of anything besides someone that charges to get this done for you. Feel free to chip in.
I will post my findings as well

I'd think that since you'll be adding a new ECU to the car you need to update the FA/VO with the right option for the new screen/CIC first and then follow the steps to recalculate the SVTIst (Actual) and Soll (future/projected) and then pray that everything works out when coding the new ECU, but i think that coding net new modules to a car is something none of us has done yet.
There's an E-SYS guide that explains how to code a new ecu, that may shed some light for you.
Buena suerte!

Thanks!! The E-Sys guide that you're talking about is the "E-Sys Coding VCM User Manual v. 1.4 pdf" file that @Dreamcar posted? If not, could you please point me on the right location?
---Edit: Forgot to say that the CIC I purchased is used, not new.. Would something change in coding? Or it would be the exact same procedure you posted?

I lost the RVC!! I can choose it, but when I click it I get a blank screen.. I think it has something to do with the HU_CIC, 3001 EXBOX and option RVC, but can someone share his value for this input? I almost tried everyone of them with no luck
