Fan Clutch?? Help asap, Car Overheats!

My car been having an Overheating issue. My clutch fan doesn't rattle, shake, nor make no noises or anything like that. But it does spin slow, not normal speed at all.

What could be the problem to this?? Reply Asap, thanks!

Replace the clutch. It's an easy job with the tool and the part is fairly inexpensive. Very inexpensive when you compare it to an engine.
