279D CDKMLE - Control Engine Fan

I did a search, came across two different EURO sites, used Google Translator but no real DIY or discription of what is going on. I will say that two weeks ago I got my oil changed and started noticed that the engine has a wine and ruff start.

Has anyone seen this error?

No, I have cleared the code and I have not had INPA back up on my car. I will check maybe tonight if time permits.

Hi I have a same error code and E-blower test with INPA showed that auxilary fan didnt do anything so I ordered a new.

Also how do I test the fan with INPA?
