E39 Radio HU with DSP & Cell phone

The LCD display on the radio HU of my 1997 540I is going out and DSP does not work. Also, the radio does not work if temperature is is not hot, pretty weird stuffs. I don't really wanna deal with repair and would like to find a replacement radio HU. Other then buying from dealer, can anyone help??

I will part with mine but I don't have the phone option. Does have the "DSP" function though. Works 100%.
