Weep hole fixed, car won't start! Help!

Brought my car to a shop to get the weep hole fixed using expendable pipe. After the installation and putting everything back together, they said my car wouldn't start. They re-do every steps, still wouldn't start. What could be the problem here? Glad they won't charge me extra but they can't find the problem. Pls I need your help. More than 2 weeks at the shop.

Make sure they have all the sensors plug back in where it supposed goes... Like crankshaft position sensor,alternator plug,etc...

+1 Also the Knock Sensor. Do they have a scanner to read codes on the car? that would be the best start. Good Luck.
