CCV vacuum line

I removed the acoustic cover, and noticed the CCV has a place for a vacuum line to come off of it yet neither CCV's have one.

A.) Am I missing these vacuum lines?
B.) Are they simply suppose to be without a line coming off them?
C.) If they are suppose to have a line where does it go, and how is it routed to its location.

B) Yes
C) NA

+1. They are simply holes to provide access to atmospheric pressure above the diaphragm inside, nothing should be attached.

Thank you. Now I just have to figure out if the little thing that looks like a clear fuel filter is suppose to have a line on the other end of it.

From what I recall that's just a vent for the ARS system (in the middle of the sway bar).
