No, you need to connect it via a cable. Any kind of streaming via BlueTooth will not deliver a clean audio signal.
I use an iSimple media cable connected to an iDock on my dash.
Was going to install a Mobridge iPod adaptor, but decided I prefer having dashboard visibility of my 4S, which connects to Aux port and power.
If anyone is interested in the Mobridge, PM me.

Sound quality. I am an audiophile and sound signal via BT is muddy and constricted. Like listening to AM radio.

There are 3 locations where you might have an Aux or USB port. By the ash tray, inside the center armrest console, or in the back of same below the rear vents. Have a look. You can tap into that and run a cable to wherever you wish to place your phone.

So I did bought Bluetooth adapter for Pandora so I got this below pic So I like it so much set up 2 min and sound very good considering it's aux input. Well it's much better then just aux from iPhone to aux input. Also when phone is calling it will switch to car Bluetooth.
