I have a 2004 530 I with 84000 miles Transmission not changing into gear, Saying drive Moldrate take to shop.

I would just have it towed to them if possible & the problem is indeed the tranny.

Also have mechatronic valve sleeve checked for integrity.

Some people also refer to problems with MAF, mass air flow sensor.
