Does anybody know if there is a place where I can buy a bottle of hd poxy in San Antonio? I want to apply it to my car this weekend.

What a joke you take the order but don't meet his delivery requirements? Then say it's wroth the wait? Terrible customer service, if it where me, I would reverse the charges.

This is Ben for 3D. I am taking over for Tom on your issue. I just saw his posts here and it appears he was overzealous in selling to you. He promised you could order on Wednesday and you would get it by the weekend. He did not know how long it would take. I will pm you with return info.

By the way, I had to pressure these guys to ship the order the next day, turns out they had like an old site taking orders and it was lost.

I think this is by far the most condescending and awful customer service I've experienced in my life. They have never admitted their mistake and just treated me like crap.

There is like a zillion different companies making good products, this doesn't help you with the competition. That's not the way to treat a new customer.

Anyway, I wasted enough time with you guys. This just shows you the kind of treatment to expect if you don't agree with the guys at 3D HD



PD. the sprayer for the HD touch is not working.

Again, I do apologize for what happened. It could of been handled better for sure. We do strive for good customer service and are highly regarded on other forums for good product and service.

Its true that your order did go to an old website. We switch shipping carts and hosting companies the day of your order. Unfortunately, DNS changes can take up 24-48 hours for some ISP's. Our ordering department was not able to see your order initially as our ISP had switched to the new site already.
