Until BMW starts making trucks all BMW in Europe will be transported in Volvo, Scania, and Mercedes trucks. My question would be what are all those 1 series doing with Munich license plates?:dunno: and with police escorts?

All those 1-series with Munich licence plates are at Luftkastellet (http://www.luftkastellet.se)http://www.luftkastellet.dk/images/11/349.jpg in Malmö, Sweden for the official world presentation (to BMW dealers) of the 1-series from 14. June to 8. July. The bridge in the background of the pic is the bridge between Sweden and Denmark. Around 3,300 BMW dealers from around the world are scheduled to visit the place and testdrive the cars. I think I counted around 185 1-series at the parking lot in Malmö yesterday. I managed to sneak close (and live to tell :eeps: ) to the parking lot yesterday and took many pics. Will post the pics soon on the board.

For the record, I think it was posted before that the "ad" is a fake. (I'd hope BMW wouldn't stoop to that kind of advertising anyway, since it has so many great ads.)
