Very nice job. Did you polish it up and detail the paint job?

I wet sanded and buffed the top of the car. And put a coat of wax on the sides

Agreed for both of you. The car came exactly as pictured. I have the option of painting these wheels gloss black or the factory 19s gloss black. Suggestions?

i think these in Gloss or even Matte Black will look good and sporty, if you want to keep it more elegant on the grown up side then maybe just Silver...i'd try and find a combo of both, lol, my wheels are inside black, outisdes silver

Im kind of heading towards the sporty "murdered out" look. Im going to have all the chrome on the car paint matched, and same for the wheels. If i dont like it I can always try another route.

By the way I love the front lip on your car. IT really sets it off

:thumbup:Very nice and clean. My car paint started to shade on the hood and was afraid to get it wet sanded. After seeing your car, maybe I will go for it. Any other ideas:dunno:

The car looks great! Were the swirls THAT BAD to justify wetsanding?

Unfortunately yes. I buffed it before and it just didn't look right. Unfortunately I have I buff it again. It looks great in the daytime but at night you can really see a lot of swirl marks

You could start with a high quality wax. If that doesn't work you could clay and buff it. If your still not happy continue to wet sanding

Looks nice man. Gloss black for the wheels would look much better than Matte IMO.

That's the route I'm going to go. I will make sure to post pics once finished!

:confused:Well, I did the wax and I still see like water spot on the hood and fenders. I will try the clay and buff next, thanks.

If your car is black take care while buffing! And good luck to you!

Now that is a clean looking car. By the way my 750i is black and I have chrome 128's. Your ride is nice the way you have it now. You could go with a different type of chrome or silver wheel but black?....I dunno???:dunno:

Ive always liked the blacked out look. The wheels i have now are pretty ghetto imo so i figured black would tone it down a bit
