Does Griot's Speed Shine remove wax?

Hi guys,

I just had my 335i professionally detailed and now have a terrific hybrid sealant/wax applied to the car. It looks fantastic. I have heard that some people use Speed Shine just to add a little gloss and spruce things up in between washings. They also advertise this as a cleaner/quick detailers and a lubricant for waxing - hence my question:


Does using Speed Shine on a freshly waxed car do any damage to the wax job? What are you opinions of the product.

The great shine comes from prep work, polishing specifically, not so much from the wax, but of course LSPs will add to the final look. As far as speed shine is concerned - it should not remove your sealant/wax. But any quick detailer will do, doesn't have to be that label - unless of course you have it already.
