I am interested in getting the following accessories for my car:

License Plate Frame - "BMW" - Chrome Frame with Chrome Insert
Part # : 82 12 1 468 781 $ 32.95

BMW Valve Stem Caps - BMW Roundel Logo - Set of 4
Part # : 36 11 0 009 840 $ 15.95

The info above is copied from BavAuto.com.

The license plate frames are $33.95 at my dealer and since I need two (front plate required in WA) this seems like quite a bit of money for a piece of metal. Are there any places online where I could get these a little bit less expensively?

Thanks!

That's about as inexpensive a price as you'll get on the valve stem caps. LeatherZ asks $15, but you'll also pay shipping. See if you can get a CCA discount.

Front plates are required in WA, but I don't have one. I prefer slim silver or black frames to ones that declare my marque, and pick them up for a couple of bucks at Schuck's. No fade or corrosion or rust.

CCA discount is definitely the way to go. I don't remember exactly how much my dealer was charging for the BMW plate frame, but I'm pretty sure it was less than the price you found. With the CCA discount, it wasn't that much more than a plain old black steel frame.

We've had good experience ordering from circlebmw.

Most dealers give 10% to 15% off walk up customers if they have a CCA card.
