Need Some Advice on Service 1

I am within two lights of having a inspection 1 due and while my 2002 M-roadster is well within the free maint period, I am not able to use it here in Italy. On top of that, I don't have a lot of confidence in the local (Sicilian) BMW dealer. My question is, what from the items in the inspection 1 list of "stuff" do you think can't wait until I have the car back in the states (hopefully by the end of the year)? I can do all of the inspect this or that type items but I seem to recall that valve adjustment is done at inspection 1?

Everybody that I've talked to about it said their valves didn't require an adjustment at Inspection One (one M3 had 29k miles on it). My 01 at 22k miles was okay.
