Paint recipe to match the E-coat color...

I had the local PPG place mix me up some paint for masking the trunkfloor repairs.

DMC 908 YELLOW 409.0---75.3

DMC 919 Yellow L 611.8---97.5

I don't have but a clue what all the numbers mean. If anyone needs this color paint for any touch up work, your local PPG paint store will be able to help you out with the preceeding formula.

In the case of a Steel Gray car, the final trunk color is a result of the basecoat overspray on the E-coat. Should be interesting trying to match that...

The numbers are probably mg's of each paint needed to make the color. When I had my bumpers painted, the painter showed me on the display, and it displays all the colors needed (Ti Silver only required three colors), and how much of each you need to make the shade. Some colors have variations (different recipes).
