Does anyone know how to remove the HU,do you need special tools?

Nope. Just use a screw driver w/ some tape over the blade to pry off the trim over the glovebox. Then you can pry off the trim over the radio. You'll see 2 screws, un screw them and slide the radio out. that's it.
