Need translation help. (http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=38695&item=2485501617&rd=1)

I think Arslan posted about this particular car once before. Maybe.

Wow, I hope that motor has a low compression top end to handle 0.75bar (~11psi) of boost. If so, 500bhp is very possible.

It says it's a complete G-Power conversion, which apparently costed EUR 50k ($62k)

He clocked 31.000km since the conversion. At 0.75 bar, it's producing 500hp / 550Nm. It has a new 6 speed M3 gearbox, G-Power RS brake kit, G-Power RS-Koni suspension and new 19" M3 rims.

Full service history.

It's a non-smoker's car.

Too bad he can't come to HC with it.

No Jon I didn't post about this car. The one I sent you a link to many months ago has a dead link now. This G-Power car is nuts though. The 19's look very nice but 19s don't belong on an MC IMO.

That's probably DIN rated HP too. Means its even more SAE rated HP, if I remember correctly.

It is the other way around: the engine will "lose" a little power crossing the Atlantic when respecified in American horsepower:

1 SAE hp = 745.7 W
1 DIN hp = 735.5 W

Someone will probably claim the lower output of a German horse shows the effects of a 35 hour work week. :)
