Kumho Ecsta ASX tires ... anyone know anything about them ...
so far, i have heard good things ...

i need a tire that is somewhat cheap, and will last longer than 12000 miles ...
i will be replacing my pirelli p6000's on my 325i SP ... (225/45r17)

im willing to try some all-seasons here in Texas for better tread life ... and since im not that concerned about performance ... i felt the kumho's might be worth a try

Fairly good tires in the Ultra High Performance All season catagory. We recently tested these both on the street and on the autocross course. Complete testing date here :

Where are the complete data? I see a graph with a number assocated with each tire. How significant are the difference in the numbers?

Differences of greater than a half point or so would likely be noticable. I'd suggest reading the full test commentary for more info as well.

Two words, "Not Bad". I wasn't expecting much from $105 each tires, but I was pleasantly surprised. They're not the stickiest or best handling, but the ASXes are quiet and forgiving during the daily grind on Indy's pock-marked city roads, and pretty decent through the winding southern portion of IN down SR 135 Brown County down through Story IN.
