My clutch has been feeling weird lately. I just reached 17K and lately I've noticed that when engaging the clutch at the last part of it's travel I feel additional pressure like the spring wants to push my foot harder. Could this be the clutch pop people have complained about? I don't hear the click that some people have, just the increase in pressure against my foot, like it wants to push my foot off the pedal.
Not likely, but you should have it checked. The pressure from the hydraulic system shouldn't be fluxuating. If it is, something might be wrong.

Doesn't sound like it..I have had my clutch changed out three times for the clutch pedal clicking SIB..You can actually FEEL the clutch clicking on your foot about 3/4 the way to the floor. My SA told me the pressure plate has been revised four or five times since MY2000..Your problem sounds a lot different IMO...

My car just started doing the same thing, but only in the morning when it's sat overnight. Did you have any luck getting it checked out?

That's what mine does...only when first starting out. After a few stops it goes back to normal. I haven't had it checked out. In fact, it hasn't done it the last few days. It's going to have to get worse before I take it to the dealer because I know what they'll say. Couldn't duplicate problem.

I expect to get the same exact line from my dealer...which is why I was hoping you might have some good info. Oh well, we'll see how we end up.
