Is there a factory integrated unit available from BMW or elsewhere? My 2001 is a non-nav 530i w/o 6 CD changer.
Independent but reputable shop suggested two options. One is a Pioneer unit that goes in the trunk and feeds directly into the 6 CD input. Drawback: Only station numbers appear on the radio display, and no station presets are available. Option two is an external receiver (which I'd rather avoid).
Suggestions appreciated.
