Hi all bimmer fans,

I did a bit of searching and seems like there is no single web site talks about the timeline of the 3-series, so I figured it might be a good idea to create one myself, so that other bimmer enthusiast can save some time digging all these info from various sources.

The info I gathered is based on the US spec cars, and with limited knowledge I can only point out a few things here and there about the E36/E46, it'd be great if you guys could help out in completing this timeline by adding the stuff that is missing in E36/E46, and added info for the earlier models like E30 as well. Also, please feel free to correct me if I write anything incorrectly...

Thanks!
