Gary-
I am expecting to receive my X3 (ED) this month or early next month. I have always used (2) sets of tires for every car I have owned. I have tried to do as much homework as possible, but I am struggling to find the "right" tire for winter driving. I live in Avon, CO in the Heart of the Rocky Mts, hence the need for reliable transportation (I can't afford to but stuck at home on a powder day...)
I have narrowed the choice down to the Blizzak or Nokian. I know that you don't carry Nokian (any reason why, they are great tires?) I am not clear on the difference between the WS-50/55/60, or the Nokian Hakk SUV WR, Hakk 2 or RSi.
As you can see I am looking for a dedicated studless tire with some performance attributes.
Any thoughts?
