I just bougtht a 1999 528IT with 4 spoke steering wheel, the wheel is worn and looks really $hitty. Does anyone have one laying around that you can part with?

Please let me know how much, and condition.

What's your production date? If 3/99 or later, you can use that 01 steering wheel.

Unfortunately, anything from 3/99 on will not fit earlier cars. It's not just a physical and wiring issue, but an electronics and programming concern, both having to do with the MRSIII (multiple restraint system) and SMART airbags. Your car has MRSII. 9/96 - 2/99 will be okay

Just sold mine from my 2001 530i to Bavarian Auto Recyclers of Rancho Cordova, CA. It had all MLF functions and airbag. I bet they still have it.
