OK guys, here is the proposal from AutoEnginuity for our group buy:
- We need 10+ units to qualify for the group buy. This will be the retail product at not the OEM version. (So what you see on the web page is what you’ll get.)
- Products under this group buy only include the following models:
1) PC-based OBD-II ScanTool #ST01 MSRP $229.95
2) Pocket PC-based OBD-II ScanTool #ST02 MSRP $229.95
3) Palm-based OBD-II ScanTool #ST03 MSRP $229.95
They are at special prices of 169.96 USD each + shipping/handling ($10 in US and $20 for Canada ???).
The optional PDA support for the PC will be 29.95 USD and vice versa for PDA to PC if you buy through this Group Buy. The enhanced interfaces and CAN will be regular price. No BMW at this time uses CAN so this isn’t necessary.
- This Group Buy will last one week and then it ends.
- Software and documentation of V3.0 for PC is not shipped with product for another week, but you can download from their website free for the software and later for the documentation.
Keep in mind that the EPA is NOT working on making the 2001+ M3/M5/Z8 compliant. At this time, the ScanTool will NOT work on those vehicles.
So, if you are SERIOUSLY INTERESTED, then:
Please PM me with your email address, name and tell me what model you want to purchase.
Once I have enough participants, I will notify AutoEnginuity to start the group****. And you have one week to phone them and quote the group buy code. You will deal directly with AutoEnginuity, and I would NOT be the middleman.
If I do not have enough participants in A WEEK'S TIME, then I will CANCEL this group buy and declare it DEAD. So, please hurry up and let me know.
