would these wheels fit E46?

This is another winter wheel question.
As some of you may already know from my previous posts, I'm looking for some winter wheels for my 04 zhp coupe.

I found these on Ebay.

Would these work? I think they're from an E36 M3.
Also, if these fit, how do you think they'll look on an E46 coupe?
