What do people think about this offer????

I have an offer for a lease on a 2004, X3 3.0 Premium package, light wood, automatic (not sure what other options it has) for:

$1000 down.
450 a month
10,000 miles
36 months

Is this a steal? What do you think? Should I take it even though I'm not crazy about the color: silver--plat. with light grey interior. He, the owner, says he really wants to get rid of it and that there are no more 3.0's 2004's out there with the options I want for that price. Anything else I should know?

Thanks!!

Hard to say because if you keep adding options on X3 it can really add up (esp on the 04s). You should find out exactly what is on the car before making a determination if it is a good deal or not.

Okay, so in otherwords, if it's just the premium package, and not much else, it might not really be that great of a deal? It was getting late, I was tired, and I saw and heard "premium" and thought it was good, considering it's a 3.0.

FYI: I got the exact same deal in Aug., w/ NAV & Cold Pkg w/ the color I like, MSRP was 44K+.
